Refund Policy
At Learning Spanish Academy, our primary motto is "Happy Kids". We prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide an exceptional learning experience for all.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are available for cancellations made within 15 days of the start date of the purchased class or package.
To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation number.
Non-Refundable Items:
Classes that have already commenced or are in progress are non-refundable.
Any promotional items, materials, or bonuses included with the class purchase are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, customers must contact our customer service team at hola@learningspanish.academy
Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 1 day of the refund request approval.
Please note that refunds will be subject to the deduction of any transaction fees or commissions imposed by the payment platforms used for the initial purchase.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a connection failure or any unforeseen circumstance preventing the class from taking place, either party, both parents and teachers, may cancel the classes not taken.
Customers may cancel their enrollment in a class at any time before the start date for a full refund.
Cancellations made after the start date of the class will not be eligible for a refund.
Exceptions:
In cases of extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Any exceptions to this refund policy will be at the discretion of Learning Spanish Academy.
Please note that this refund policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website or authorized channels. For refunds on purchases made through third-party platforms, customers must adhere to the refund policies of those respective platforms.
Learning Spanish Academy reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of customers to review the refund policy periodically for any changes or updates.
